- PROFESSIONALS: Category A – up to 11 years old (on the date of the contest); Category B – up to 14 years old (on the date of the contest); Category C – up to 17 years old (on the date of the contest); Category D (”Masters”) – no age limit. HOBBY: I st category – up to 10 years old (on the date of the contest); II nd category – up to 15 years old (on the date of the contest); III rd category – up to 20 years old (on the date of the contest); Category IV – no age limit.

- PROFESSIONALS: A category: 30 euro; B category: 40 euro; C category: 50 euro; D category (”Masters”): 70 euro. HOBBY: I st category: 30 euro; II nd category: 30 euro; III rd category: 30 euro; Category IV: 150 lei.

- For Hobby category: Grand Prize of the category, Special First Prize, First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, Mention.
Repertoire requirements
PROFESSIONALS: Category A: Free program of max. 8 minutes. Candidates must perform compositions by heart. Category B: Free program of max. 12 minutes. Candidates must perform compositions by heart. Category C: Free program of max. 15 minutes. Candidates must perform compositions by heart. Category D (”Masters”): Program of maximum 25 minutes comprising works from at least two different stylistic periods. Candidates must perform compositions by heart. HOBBY: Category I: Free program of max. 5 minutes. Pieces may be performed with sheet music or by heart. Category II: Free program of max. 7 minutes. Pieces may be performed with sheet music or by heart. Category III: Free program of max. 9 minutes. Pieces may be performed with sheet music or by heart. Category IV: Free program of maximum 9 minutes. Pieces may be performed with sheet music or by heart.
